Core Principles for Everyone

  • Be Respectful and Kind: Treat every member of the community with courtesy and professionalism. Harassment, hate speech, and discrimination will not be tolerated.
  • Communicate Clearly and Honestly: Represent yourself, your event, or your services truthfully. Set clear expectations and honor your commitments.
  • Be Reliable: Respond to messages in a timely manner. If you're a host, provide accurate event details. If you're a vendor, deliver the services as agreed upon.
  • Respect Privacy: Do not share personal or confidential information of other users without their explicit consent.

For Hosts

  • Provide Accurate Event Details: Ensure your event descriptions, date, time, and location are accurate. Clearly communicate your needs and expectations to vendors.
  • Honor Agreements: Once you book a vendor or venue, you are entering into a contract. Adhere to the agreed-upon terms, including payment schedules and cancellation policies.
  • Leave Fair Reviews: Your feedback helps the community. Provide honest, constructive, and fair reviews based on your experience with vendors and venues.

For Vendors and Venues

  • Maintain an Accurate Profile: Keep your business information, services, pricing, and availability up-to-date. Use high-quality, representative photos of your work.
  • Deliver on Your Promises: Provide the services and quality that you advertised. Be punctual, professional, and prepared for the events you are booked for.
  • Respond Professionally: Handle all inquiries, bookings, and potential issues with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
  • Uphold Legal and Safety Standards: Comply with all local laws and regulations. Ensure you have the necessary licenses, insurance, and safety protocols in place for your services.

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the Party Partners platform. We rely on our community to report any behavior that violates these standards. If you encounter any issues, please use the contact form to report them to our team.
